December & January Ajan Sante Reports

December:

Hello Shannon. Hello Carol. Happy New Year 2025. We ask God to bless the entire team of the community.

We continue to pray that God will open the way for everyone. For our part, we are doing our best, even though it has been raining since December, which has caused some of the activities to be paralyzed. And Raoul lost his mother at the end of the year too.

Here are some of the activities we carried out for the month of December:

  • We bought the little resources
  • We made several home visits in some areas of the first section, second section, and third section although there was a lot of water.
  • We distributed the resources

The number of people we saw was 267 children, 230 women, and 197 men.

January:

Good evening, Shannon. Good evening, Carol. We would like to take the opportunity to greet all the members of our team.

In January, we carried out several activities: home visits, community meetings, distribution of resources.

We selected 4 places where we will do mobile clinics.

Is is through our visits that we see how common diseases are this month such as itching, coughing, fever, severe pain, and measles in children’s homes in the localities. This will allow us to find out what medicines are important for Dr. Myrthil to buy for the mobile clinics.

We expect to see 250 patients in the 4 mobile clinics in 4 different areas: Fose, Dereal, Sen Izido, and Pistere. We have already given 220 patients cards. The mobile clinics will be held on February 15 and 16, 2025.

We are still continuing to visit the localities to identify the people who are most in need.
