Thanks to the help of our donors, four mobile rural clinics were held on May 23 & 24. These clinics were held in Bois de Lance, Pister, Dereal and Tauzin. The Konbit board received the following message from Dr. Myrthil regarding the clinics:

Hello everyone, I hope you’re doing well. We want to thank every member of Konbit Lasante pou Limonad and all the donors in the name of all of the health personnel at the state clinic in Limonad. The mobile clinics were a success! The communities we visited were so happy to see us.

We had four mobile clinics during which we saw 374 patients. We saw skin infections, flu, hypertension, parasitosis, gastritis, asthma, diabetes, and pregnancies.

Without your help that kind of work would be very difficult for us to realize and it’s very important for the community because most of those people wait for the clinics to get a health check-up despite being sick because of their financial difficulties.

May God keep blessing you and keep all of you in good health. We are still hoping that very soon Haiti will be safe and quiet so that the Konbit team will be able to come to do the work together with the state clinic team like we used to before.

We are scheduling a vaccination day and will have another mobile clinic with the remaining medicines. We will keep you updated. Thanks a lot.
