A message from Jean, a Konbit community health care worker —

Hello to all the Konbit Lasante pou Limonad community who are making great efforts to help us provide health services.

For the month of March we have carried out several activities such as home visits, nutritional screening sessions, awareness raising, and education on nutrition, vaccines, and prevention of some diseases. Some of the common diseases that we are seeing in our communities are cough, fever, rashes, severe pain in adults, and scabies in children.

This month we were also able to distribute the following resources:

• 250 soaps
• 320 chlorine packets for water
• 100 dehydration serums
• 40 tablets of Paracetamol (Acetaminophen)
• 30 Quinoderms (topical medication for the skin)
• 144 condoms

During all of these activities we have seen a total of 298 women, 180 men, and 260 children.
